Yes, you can just create a bundle easyconfig like is done for Autotools: https://github.com/hpcugent/easybuild-easyconfigs/blob/950903f4f4f04195b944e72d4fd2a9536e5b100a/easybuild/easyconfigs/a/Autotools/Autotools-20150215-GCCcore-6.3.0.eb The different packages in the bundle are listed as dependencies.
