That indeed causes problem.
Having login nodes identical in arch to the batch nodes is more or less
a must for users to be able to easily compile their own code.

But even so the list you have differs from our 2690v4 cpus.

We have these that aren't in your list (and we have nothing missing from
your list):
cqm_mbm_local
cqm_mbm_total
intel_pt
sdbg

Might be caused by bios settings...

At least your compute nodes matches your VM master
