You're probably hitting a known problem with the QE source URLs, see the
discussion in
https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/pull/1644#issuecomment-106795842
& also https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyblocks/pull/618.
Long story short: at least for now, you'll need to manually download the
source files into the EasyBuild sourcepath.
