Hi, I plan to send a PR for iomkl-2018.02 and I wanted to ask for advice about what OpenMPI version should be included so it's accepted upstream.
Latest OpenMPI version is 3.0.0 and I personally prefer to avoid new major releases ending in x.0.0 unless there is a clear reason like a new feature I need (which is not the case) so IMHO I would create iomkl-2018.02 using latest OpenMPI release in branch 2.x opinions? regards, Pablo. -- Pablo Escobar López Linux/HPC systems engineer sciCORE, University of Basel SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics
