Hi I installed OpenFOAM-v1806-foss-2018b.eb using SCOTCH-6.0.5-foss-2018b.eb. A user reported:
I was testing the new OF1806 installation by running one of the tutorials. I found the following error message in the snappyHexMesh logfile: ERROR: SCOTCH_dgraphInit: Scotch compiled with SCOTCH_PTHREAD and program not launched with MPI_THREAD_MULTIPLE I have a rough idea on things to look into here, but has anyone else seen this, who can provide pointers? I checked that out OpenMPI in foss/2018b believes to be MPI_THREAD_MULTIPLE enabled (using ompi_info | grep -i thread) Thanks Joachim
