Hi Kenneth, 

actually we were able to install ipyrad somehow but ipyrad is not
functional in the batch job environment, which we tried to debug with no
success yet. I guessing that the problem lies within ipyrad user-env
interaction rather than eb install troubles because a manual
installation using anaconda left me with an unfunctional ipyrad, too.
