Dear John Dey,

Maybe my custom R-3.6.0-foss-2019a may interest you.

It has been well tested on a Centos7 system, based on the standard
R-3.6.0-foss-2019a.

It contains 67 new packages. I used these dependencies:

    ('GEOS', '3.7.2', '-Python-3.7.2'),
    ('GDAL', '3.0.0', '-Python-3.7.2'),
]

And the packages are (as usual, order is important):

R-3.6.1 is a work in progress. Starting from 3.6.0-foss-2019a EasyUpdate has
found 155 updates and 6 new packages. Are there any open requests to add
libraries to R? I notice that Rstan has become it own EB. Rstan is very popular
and seems like it should be part of the basic R? Any comments?
