Hello again.

Maxime noticed that I forgot to turn off the time zone adjustment in the
previous poll. Hence I have created a new one in US Mountain Time independently
on your actual location.
Here is the link: https://doodle.com/poll/fx42bc6fwbs4avmt

I apologize to the ones that have already submitted their preferences. Please
do it again using the URL above.

Thank you!

Subject: [easybuild] EasyBuild at SC19

EXTERNAL MAIL
Hello fellow EasyBuilders!

SC19 is starting soon in Denver and it is time for all of us that will attend
to keep up with our traditional events!

Let's start with the most important part: the EasyParty! Following our BDFL
suggestion, we have picked The 1 UP @ Colfax
(https://g.page/The1UPColfax?share) arcade bar for hosting our social. Since I
know you are full of other events you plan to attend, I have created a Doodle
poll to help us pick the best date and time for all the attendants. Please take
a minute to give your feedback here: https://doodle.com/poll/6ayfh354cupm9dni
The deadline for the poll is Sunday at noon. I will then let you know what date
and time has been selected for the event.

Given the enthusiastic attendance of last year "Getting Scientific Software
Installed" BoF, me and Robert McLay will host it again and we would love to see
you all. The BoF will take place on Wednesday Nov 20 @ 12:15pm in room
405-406-407. For additional details see
https://sc19.supercomputing.org/presentation/?id=bof148&sess=sess299

Lastly, we have a dedicated Slack channel #SC19 where we will keep all our
communications going on during the conference. This is a great way to organize
impromptu meetings to see each other and share information regarding
interesting events that may interest us all.

Needless to say, feel free to contact me at any time via email
([email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>) or
Slack.

See you in Denver!
