I don’t experience the same error, although I use “CrayGNU-19.10” instead of
“CrayGNU-19.03”. However, you might try a “quick-and_dirty” workaround, using
the “bison” and “flex” commands available on the operating system instead of
building them with CrayGNU. You would remove them from “builddependencies” and
add the following instead in the recipe “CP2K-6.1-CrayGNU-19.03.eb”:
osdependencies = [
('flex'),
('bison')
]
I hope that this workaround might help, I’ve been successful using it with
“CrayGNU-19.10” on the CSCS system.
