That's a side effect of when in time we built slurm and when we fixed
the version of PMIx for the respective OpenMPI versions.
We try to not change PMIx<->OpenMPI unless absolutely necessary.
But whenever Slurm is rebuilt it gets the latest versions available so
it can handle newer OpenMPI<->PMIx combos.
