Hello!

I'm an application expert (to the role least) and I want to build
Tkinter-3.6.6-intel-2018b-Python-3.6.6.eb on a cluster (not locally) to be used
within another EB (wrf-python). I've tried both with the wrf-python
installation and Tkinter alone.
However, it stalls with hundreds of *.dyn files in the build directory and does
not continue, but the installation does not stop with any error messages. I
think it is related to this old discussion:
https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/issues/6113 , but I
cannot follow their very long reasoning completely. I think it is related to a
clash with another Python version active, but even with ml purge or also
manually loading Python/3.6.6-intel-2018b and adding "--allow-loaded-modules"
the problem remains.

Thanks in advance!
