Hi, I have a user who wants to install software which requires PETSc version 3.9.4 or earlier. The EC PETSc-3.9.3-foss-2018a.eb fails because the repo given in the dependency
Hypre-2.14.0-foss-2018a.eb is now incorrect, having changed from https://github.com/LLNL/hypre/archive/ to https://github.com/hypre-space/hypre/archive/ The EC Hypre-2.18.2-foss-2020a.eb references the new repo, where version 2.14.0 can also be found. Unfortunately however the checksum for the source archive for 2.14.0 also seems to have changed. I can provide an updated Hypre-2.14.0-foss-2018a.eb, because I need it myself, but what about the others? Is there any general EasyBuild policy concerning bit rot beyond the deprecation of old toolchains?
