Lucky you :-) although I don't actually have to worry about the
licenses, I just want to install the stuff.

The older ECs look for TGZs whereas from 2020 onward expect ISOs, so I
am surprised that MathWorks just offers me TGZs.  But as I mentioned in
my reply to Sam, maybe I just have a lowly MathWorks account.  Who knows
whether the TGZ I can get is equivalent to the ISO someone else might be
able to download?
