Hi, I have installed prokka-1.14.5-gompi-2021a.eb and find that the module file contains the following:
if mode() == "load" then io.stderr:write([==[prokka scripts are located in $EBROOTPROKKA/bin; databases are located in $EBROOTPROKKA/db ]==]) end Is the database directory really supposed to be in the install directory? Our users don't have write permissions here, so, assuming that these are read-only databases (of known genomes???), is the idea that the admin has to copy them to this location?
