Dear Espen,
I have no experience with installing Mathematica but the error indicates that the library cannot be found at runtime. This can be resolved by adding the path where the library can be found to LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Assuming that the error occurs at the end of the installation, you should check the installdir where EB has installed Mathematica to and find the library there. Then you probably need to add this path to LD_LIBRARY_PATH via modextrapaths in the easyconfig (see this example <https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/blob/505a9841f820a67d b1d773d9f7c619c6d8a8f8a5/easybuild/easyconfigs/a/AMD-uProf/AMD-uProf-3.4.502 .eb#L31> ). Just change the bin with the path/to/lib relative to the installdir.
