Dear all, as part of a software I'd like to provide a bash function and make it available once the module is loaded.
I've found something like sh_to_modulefilefrom lmod but I do not know what limitations are there. ( a part from the fact that it is not working for version 8.2.7). I guess that I'd have to build the software and then call this function to modify/add the function at the end? So it would be something like modifying the module generated by EB? I do not really know how to do it (or even if this the correct workflow) Anyone with experience on this could share it with me? TIA, Arnau
