Job descriptions:
1. Responsible for controlling overall settlement
process activities.
2. Ensure integrity of financial management information
related to A/R,A/P,Revenue,and COGS.
3. Perform cost analysis and planning, and review
related to Kokarga's
products.
4. Monitor customer credit, customer invoicing and
collections process.
5. Give recommendations for bank and bank account
structure.
6. Manage and maintain relationship with our
merchants
and external
parties (liaise with tax authorities, auditors)
7. Maintain company's account bank balances.
8. Support audit process performed by internal and
external auditor
General requirements:
1. Male/Female, age 26-40, residence in Jakarta,
spoken and written
English.
2. Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting and/or
Finance from
reputable university or equivalent experience in
"Koperasi" or banking
industry (e.g. bank, financial institution,credit
card).
3. Has knowledge of settlement matters, accounting
operational,
Indonesian Taxation, and procedure of the standard
Indonesian
(Koperasi) Accounting
4. Highly skilled in working with computer software,
as a minimum
fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
5. Tough and hard worker, able to work in team with
minimum supervising
and tight deadline/schedule, has initiative to improve
the job.
