CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR


To be stationed in the store, the incumbent will monitor & follow up all complaints, provide the customer service report on monthly basis and also the ideas to reduce the customer complaint and create internal in-store promotion program.

Job Requirements:
¨        Min D3 degree, preferably S1 degree in any major
¨        Female, age between 25 – 30 years old, preferably candidates with customer service experience
¨        Mature, pleasant personality, symphatetic and customer service oriented
¨        Good interpersonal, communication and teaching skill
¨        Computer literate and fluent in English both oral and written
¨        Fluent orally in Chinese language will be an advantage
¨        Willing to work under shift schedule or on public holiday as scheduled
