Hi: I have a fresh ebox installation. I wish to set it to control DNS, mail, and Inet access. Mail service is running (i can telnet to it from the internal networks on port 25), however, I cannot access it from the external networks (when I attempt to connect to the port, connection times out). I check the firewall log and see that the firewall decided to drop the incoming connection. So I modified the firewall policy from external networks to ebox of Mail System service to have action Accept, and saved the changes. But still connection fails, and the log shows the firewall chooses to drop the packet.
