Hi, Have you tested the one from "universe" repository. http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/eGroupWare/xUbuntu_10.04/ It's working well for me.

The current package of the latest version backported by us has known issues, some applications event don't work at all. Of course, if any eGroupware expert would like to help us maintaining a working version of eGroupware for Ubuntu 10.04 we could change our mind without problem.
