Hi, I'm new to Ebox en i'm discovering this nice tool. If fact i was searching for a "all-in-one" box managing mail, users, share and printers. That's exactly what Ebox do! nice! But i need to use the LDAP server to authenticate all the user from the LAN. As i went deeper in ebox by reading developpers manual, i understand that it can be done with some work... I wandered as some of you have already implementing such a network configuration and can help me.
I already spent one week trying basic Ldap authentication from a ubuntu desktop to an OpenLdap server on an ubuntu server, but never reach the end (i can do an ldapsearch, but can't lgon from the client). Notice that i don't want to use samba as i will only have Linux Client. Hope someone can help as i have to find a solution for the end of the month. Regards, Nico
