What happens (speaking about Debian 64bit) is that a couple of packages are missing on the Debian sarge for 64bit. This is due they are arch dependant, so when apt tries to get them they are not present. Those packages are: - cdrdao - libreadonly-xs-perl - libnet-arp-perl For the first one, there's no version of this on the sarge port, but fortunately there's one at backports.org so you should be fine adding sarge-backports to your sources.list. For the former two, the first one has no official version on Debian. I had to backport it for sarge and amd64. For the remaining there's no amd64 version, one needs to backport it from lenny. Both mostly involve fixing some version dependencies and rebuild the package. Once you have those installed, you can safely install libebox, then ebox then the modules you want. I'm willing to make those packages available somewhere for those who need it, once we test it more. best regards, Rudy -- Rudy Godoy Gerente Comercial HTU Networks http://www.htu.com.pe tel.: +51-1-484-7822 cel.: +51-1-92807020 _______________________________________________ Ebox-user mailing list [email protected] https://lists.warp.es/mailman/listinfo/ebox-user
