You must the set a proper way to access to that debian repository by
setting a default gateway to reach internet and a valid DNS to do name
resolution. This can be done using eBox UI through Network->Gateways and
Network->DNS respectively.

If you have installed ebox-software package, no problems with the
firewall will arise.
