Hello, the ebox's openvpn client was conceived mainly for connections to its openvpn server. So is possible that it lacks some option you need to connect to your openvpn server. I suggest you to look at the configuration of the client, it is located at /etc/openvpn/<name>.conf. If you find something missing you can add it to the template (/usr/share/ebox/stubs/openvpn/openvpn-client.conf.mas)
In case you find some missing parameter, please report back here.
