firstly thanks for the suggestion, and apologies for the delay.
following your advice i updated to the latest version of ebox, to enable
different ports on the pc (vmware web-interface: 8333).
but i have found that one of the interfaces started to block internet traffic
for users and the mail configuration was said to have a bug: message on webpage.
i have tried to reinstall ebox but apt-get was finding many when uninstalling
ebox-openvpn.
since i had installed vmware and some perl modules, i decided to reinstall it
from scratch and see how it goes.
so i will give you some more updates this week.
