Hello Zeno, I had not tried myself, but in the amavis documentation we can found an example of postfix+fetchmail: http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/amavisd-new-docs.html (scroll to 'Example 2').
However this configuration implies changes in both amavis and postfix config files. (Remember than in eBox you must cahnge the template files found in /usr/share/ebox/stubs and not the original files).
