An example setup would be.....

Tom's Dry Cleaning is using the email from their ISP.  Tom orders a
few computers and a server for eBox.  Tom buys a domain and a nice
internet connection.  Tom wants all the email comming from the ISP to
come to him.  The ISP will not forward his old/current email account
to his new domain.  Tom sets eBox up and then installs fetchmail to
gather his mail and drop it in his mailbox.
