Yessss, it's very possible! eBox come with a feature called PDC (Primary
Domain Controller, just like your Windows 2003, NT, 2000) based in Samba.
It's quite easy to config, and you can host all your files on it, establish
quotas, user groups, and so on.

I didn't understand your question here! Which kinds of groups? User Groups?
