Hi Richard. I think you got a way more easy to configure this through eBoxs web. I don't really tested this, but I guess that works. You should use the HTTP Proxy in Transparent mode and block all MIME TYPES, with this you get prohibit all web traffic, then you must add the domains what you want grant access in Allow Domains. Save changes and it´s all.
