Just tried with Mozilla Firefox and configuration icon is there.....
configuration of services runs as it should.
If i try the same on the same computer with IE7, configuration
icon is not there (and so no chance to edit services configuration).

internal - shows graphics for YES or NO for internal interfaces
configuration - shows the paper and pen icons and link to add ports
action - amend service name and description or delete it
in IE, can you not see these?

I have noticed a difference between IE and Firefox.
No configuration option on IE and the table sits below the menu bar on the
left.
