You can use the software management feature from left menu. 
You must know however that the .99 version are development versions and
maybe you would want to wait for a more stable version.
Anyway, check the release note in
http://ebox-platform.com/archives/2007/11/21/34-ebox-01099-ready-to-download/ 
to make your mind.
