Hello, to be able to distribute ip address you must first define a range of addresses in the DHCP's page.
The problem with the web access is caused by the firewall's default policy which is very restrictive. If you want to allow www or another service to your hosts you can do so in the Firewall->Packet filter section. Click in the link found below the heading "Filtering rules for internal networks" and there you can configure the rules for you internal hosts.
