The truth is that I am not sure the subnet mask /8. I believe that by doing
so take a  range very large networks. I´m away from my ebox now, but first
you can try with subnet mask  /32.
My previous example with the domain hotmail.com (IP: 64.70.45.46) must be:

Protocol: tcp
Interface: Any
Source: -
Port: -
Destination: 64.70.45.46/32
Port: -
Gateway: YourGateway01

With this rule, any host on your LAN used to connect 64.70.45.46 the
gateway YorGateway01. If you want only a host on your LAN use this rule,
you can specify the host source, for example 192.168.0.10/32.
