yes, OpenVPN starts ok but the subnet which should
be available through the VPN is not available i.e. I can't
ping nor access via other protocols (smb, http)
when I check the network config with VPN everything
seems OK (ifconfig, route). the message I get when I
try to ping is :
ping: sendmsg: Operation not permitted

I've configured OpenVPN for road warriors and the connection works
but I have no access to the machine (I have opened the access to only
one machine, /32 network) behind the firewall. should something be
done at the firewall level.
Do you mean by "i have no access to the machine" that your road warrior can
connect to the openVPN but can't access the available resources in eBox?
