Hi. Login through SSH on the server and try to wget, say, an ISO image
to check the speed of your connection and if the problem is really on
squid. After that, try to make the same download on a proxy client pc,
but do it running top on the server, so that you can check the CPU
usage. That way you can eliminate two possible problem origins.
