Yes, in the latest versions this is possible. However to do so you must use the command line tool /usr/share/ebox/ebox-restore-backup. Execute /usr/share/ebox/ebox-restore-backup --module printers FILE, to restore the printer module and /usr/share/ebox/ebox-restore-backup --help to see all the options.
