Disable all eBox modules on the module configuration page. Apply all
changes and after that, via SSH, run:

aptitude clean
aptitude autoclean
aptitude forget-new
ebox-software
/etc/init.d/ebox restart
aptitude update
aptitude dist-upgrade
ebox-software

Then get back to the module configuration page, enable the modules you
want and check if it works now.
