Hm. Maybe then it would be the best to find out some experienced
sysdamin near your location to help you out. I think this isn't ebox
problem at all, but something with wrong permissions within the
directory structure - careful examination of permission rights should
find out the root of the problem. It might in fact be quite simple
issue, just not obvious.
