        Gotcha. Instead of echoWinVNC 1.1, please try the 1.2 pre
release version:

ftp://ftp.echogent.com/EchoWinVNC/beta/echoWinVNC_1.2pre03.exe

        It fixes a minor timing problem some slower networks may
experience.

        To "customize" this version of echoWinVNC, rename it to
just "echoWinVNC.exe" before starting it up with the SHIFT key
held down.

        Heya. Doesn't sound like an echoServer problem, it sounds like
a problem with the client software trying to connect *via* the
echoServer.
Exactly what are you running on the "Viewer" and "Target" end of the
data connections?
