        Heya. The duplication error can be a problem. If two users
both connect as "User1" from different places, they will still be able
to connect to each other...but "User2" connected from anywhere else
will not. So, the echoServer is smart enough to ignore duplications
when the "source" is the same as the "target". But otherwise, a
partner search will just return an error.
        Of course...if you know a partner's IP address (from the POV
of the echoServer), you could try to connect to them that way, even
if they use a duplicate login name.
