        Heya. I bet the ISA server is already listening to TCP 434 (which
is the default for HTTPS). You can run "netstat -an" at the command
line to see if this is the case, or you can use the "fport" utility  
to see
exactly what applications are listening for connections:

http://www.ibiblio.org/security/articles/fport.html

        In general, though, you can't get the echoServer to listen to the
same TCP port that another application is. One has to be exclusive.
