        Heya. Just to be sure: Single-Click VNC does the same thing that a
"server initiated" connection from a standard VNC installation would  
do, it
just does it without requiring any installation. Our "single click"  
version is
called InstantVNC -- the support user runs it as needed, and it connects
to a pre-specified echoServer. Once connected, the support-provider can
connect as needed to the target user.
