Hello echovnc-users,

I am testing InstantVNC, echoServer and EchoVNCViewer. I have the
EchoServer running on port 1328, and added a single user. I am
running it in shareware mode. It is running on a local Linux box.

I configured the InstantVNC executable, and copied it to my second
test computer. I start it up, and it successfully connects to the
EchoServer.

I then start the EchoVNCViewer. I set up the EchoServer in the
Options, and then returned to the connection screen. The check box
for the "Connect via EchoServer" is checked, and it successfully
connects to the server (verified on the Options screen and on the
server by using the "echoserver -u" command. However, the button to
"see who's available" never becomes available. This prevents me from
connecting to the InstantVNC computer.

Any ideas?

Both computers are running Windowx XP SP2 with all patches.
EchoServer is running on a Fedora Release 6 box, no firewall is
running.

Thanks in advance.
