Hi Scott: After a reboot of my server, my echoserver won't start on port 1328.
Netstat |more shows me this Proto Local Address Foreign Address State TCP e2:microsoft-ds e2:1114 ESTABLISHED TCP e2:1114 e2:microsoft-ds ESTABLISHED TCP e2:1041 ool-44c1788d.dyn.optonline.net:1328 ESTABLISHED TCP e2:1075 a72-246-52- 6.deploy.akamaitechnologies.com:http CLOSE_WAIT TCP e2:1185 webmail.no-ip.com:http TIME_WAIT TCP e2:1328 ool-44c1788d.dyn.optonline.net:1041 ESTABLISHED pinging ool-44c1788d.dyn.optonline.net returns my public ip address.
