Good question...the best way to "prove" it is to actually look at  
the data,
via some packet-capture tool like Ethereal. The best way to "detect"  
it is to
active logging, and see what the handshake logging says. I don't  
think we
added any lock icon in the GUI anywhere to specify the encryption level,
and that's probably something we should add...
