Hello! Good questions:
1. Install EchoVNC 2.10, running as a Windows service, on the PC
you want to reliably reach regardless of firewalling, every time it
boots.
2. Distribute InstantVNC 1.33 to your support clients who don't want
something running all the time, but just need "ad hoc" support.
3. Install EchoVNC 2,.10 on the PC you want to initiate remote support
connections from; i.e. your "Viewer PC".
4. Install echoServer 1.50 on a PC that is publicly accessible to all of
your support clients.
That's it! Everything else is a leftover from previous releases.
