No... You setup one EchoServer that is accessible on the internet and all of
the of the computers will connect to it.
This configuration eliminates the need to configure firewalls.

With InstantVNC you can put an executable on your website (preconfigured)
and your client can download and run it. Then you will be able to take
remote control of their computer.

If it's a computer you need to access all the time they can install the
EchoVNC software, configure it and then it will always be connected to your
EchoServer.

You can install an EchoServer to try it or you can request the demo
EchoServer information from the Echogent folks if you want.
