Heyaz. I repaired a bug this weekend with the demo echoServer, one that caused only a portion of the "available partners" list to be transmitted to the EchoVNC client. Problem is ... when logging is enabled on EchoVNC, it tries to log this large message, and the message is now larger than a logging process buffer. So it crashes. Ooops.
To repair this, please just update the "Echoware.dll" file in your EchoVNC install folder to this one: ftp://ftp.echogent.com/EchoWare/windows/bin/Echoware_1.999.15.zip This version will be included in the 2.35 release of EchoVNC, coming out this week. Also, no worries on the server side, it never gets the "available partners" list. So you only need to update your Viewer installations... Thanks for updating, sorry for the hassle! -Scott ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Echovnc-users mailing list Echovnc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/echovnc-users
