Yikes. :)

        On the server, in the EchoVNC server options tab, behind
the button labelled "advanced capture options", please de-select
the video hook driver. So far, that's the only thing I've seen
that actually crashes (as opposed to "acts unexpectedly") with
some flavors of Windows.
