Scott, did you see this?
Hey Scott! I've been meaning to ask you this a number of times but never got around to do it but here I go. :o) Once in a while when connecting to a RDP session I get the message "This computer can't connect to the remote computer". When connecting I double click on the partner ID (so the computer is online - at least prior to connecting). After the above message the partner ID will disappear from the connection group list. So what I do is that I connect to another computer on the same network. When connected I restart the echovnc service on the "disconnected" computer through RPC and then I can connect again. The echovnc service is started when I restart it but still it's not working. I don't know if you've heard of this before. Maybe there's a way to check if EchoVNC is connected to a echoserver or not. And if not maybe the echovnc service automatically would be restarted. Maybe and extra service that keeps an eye on the echovnc service ... or something. :o) Regards Jimmy ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Echovnc-users mailing list Echovnc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/echovnc-users ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ Echovnc-users mailing list Echovnc-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/echovnc-users
